Terms of Use
The terms that apply to this website.
Template document. This page describes how the MyERPZ website currently operates. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by qualified counsel. Have it reviewed before relying on it.
Scope
These terms cover your use of the MyERPZ marketing website. They do not govern use of the MyERPZ application, which is subject to a separate agreement with your organization.
Using this website
You may browse, read and share this website. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content through our forms.
Product information and forward-looking statements
This website describes both capabilities available today and capabilities we intend to build. We label them differently on purpose:
- Available Now — you can use it today.
- Available / Expanding — usable today, with more being added.
- In Development, Coming Soon, Planned — not available yet.
Anything not marked as available is a statement of intent, not a commitment. Scope and ordering may change. We deliberately do not publish release dates, so nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a module will arrive by a particular time.
Sample data in product visuals
Dashboards, metrics and AI examples shown on this website use invented sample data and are labelled as illustrative previews. They do not represent real customers, real results or performance you should expect.
Pricing
Pricing shown on this website is indicative and not final until published as such. Any figure quoted to you directly by our team is subject to a written agreement.
Intellectual property
The MyERPZ name, logo, and the content and design of this website belong to MyERPZ. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party links
Where this website links elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
No warranty
This website is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or continuously available.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the one that applies.
