Scope

This policy covers the MyERPZ marketing website only. The MyERPZ application, when you use it, is governed by the agreement in place with your organization.

What we collect

There are exactly two ways this website collects anything about you.

1. When you submit the demo request form

We receive the details you type: first name, last name, work email, company, phone (optional), company size, the product you are interested in, and your message. We collect these because we cannot reply to a demo request without them.

2. Analytics

We measure traffic using Umami, a cookieless analytics service. It records page views, the referring website or campaign link that brought you here, which call-to-action buttons are clicked, and your browser, operating system and device type.

Your IP address is used to derive an approximate location — country and city — and is then discarded rather than stored. No cookie is set and no identifier is stored in your browser, so we cannot follow you between sessions or across other websites, and no profile is built about you.

Personal fields — names, email addresses, phone numbers, company and message text — are stripped in code before analytics can receive them. See our Cookie Policy for how to opt out.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
• We do not build a profile of you across other websites.
• We do not collect payment details on this website.

How your information is used

Demo request details are used to contact you about your enquiry and, if it progresses, about MyERPZ. Analytics data is used only in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from.

How long we keep it

Demo request details are retained while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. Analytics data is retained for roughly six months.

Sharing

Demo request details may be handled by service providers we use to operate our business, such as email and hosting providers, acting on our instructions. Aggregate analytics data is processed by Umami, our analytics provider. We do not share your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@myerpz.com and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continued use of the website after a change means the updated policy applies.
