CRM Feature

CRM Reporting and Analytics

Dashboards and reports that read live records, so the number is current when you ask for it rather than two days later.

Definition

What CRM Reporting means

CRM reporting turns the records a team keeps every day into numbers worth acting on: how many leads arrived and from where, how many converted, what the pipeline is worth, which follow-ups are overdue. In MyERPZ CRM, reports and dashboards read live records directly, so there is no export step and no monthly round of asking each team to send their figures.

What usually goes wrong without it

  • Reporting begins by asking every team to send their numbers first.
  • By the time the spreadsheet is assembled it describes last month.
  • Two dashboards disagree because they were built from exports taken on different days.
  • Nobody can say which lead source actually produces closed business.

  • AI sales forecasting
  • AI insights
  • Role-based access

What changes

What you get out of it

  • Numbers when you ask, not two days later

Dashboards read the records as they stand, so the figure reflects the system at the moment you open it rather than at the moment someone last exported it.

  • One source everyone reads

There is a single set of live records behind every view, which removes the entire category of meeting that exists to decide whose number is right.

  • Channel performance you can see

Because a lead keeps its source through conversion, reporting can separate the channels that produce enquiries from the channels that produce customers.

  • Reporting that respects permissions

A rep sees their own records and a manager sees the team’s. Reporting honours the same roles as everything else rather than quietly exposing more.

How it flows

How the work moves

Each stage is a record in the same system, so nothing is re-entered when it moves to the next one.

  1. Team works the records
  2. Activity captured as it happens
  3. Dashboards read live data
  4. Trends reviewed
  5. Forecast projected
  6. Decision made

With AI built in

How AI reads CRM Reporting

The AI runs on these same records and inside the same permissions. It reads nothing the signed-in user could not already open.

  • AI insights detect what changed without anyone building a report to look for it
  • Sales forecasting projects pipeline value from your closed history
  • The assistant answers questions about your customer data in plain language
  • AI reads only what the signed-in user is already permitted to see

CRM Reporting FAQ

Questions about CRM Reporting and Analytics

General questions are answered in the full FAQ under Resources.

Do I have to export anything to build a report?

No. Dashboards and reports read live records, so the number reflects the state of the system at the moment you look at it. There is no export, no scheduled refresh and no reconciling of one copy against another.

Can a manager see team numbers while a rep sees only their own?

Yes. Reporting honours the same roles and permissions as the rest of the product. A rep can be limited to their own records while a manager sees the whole team, and changing what a role can see updates everyone holding that role at once.

What can I report on in MyERPZ CRM?

Leads and their sources, conversion between sales stages, live pipeline value, activity and follow-up volume, and payments recorded against customers. Anything kept as a record can be counted — nothing has to be tagged separately in order to appear in a report.
