Real Estate CRM Software

Real estate lead management, site visits, unit inventory, bookings, payments and documents on one record — from first enquiry to a booked unit.

Who it's for

Written for one kind of team

Real estate sales teams, developers and channel partners selling units across one or more projects, where an enquiry has to survive a site visit, a negotiation and a payment schedule.

What usually goes wrong first

  • Enquiries come in from portals, hoardings and referrals, and the source is lost by the time anyone calls.
  • Site visits are booked over the phone and tracked on paper, so no one knows the visit-to-booking ratio.
  • Unit availability lives in a spreadsheet that two people are editing at once.
  • Payment schedules and receipts sit apart from the customer who owes them.
  • Agreements and identity documents are attached to an email rather than a booking.

What you get

Capabilities for real estate

All of it is MyERPZ CRM — the same records, the same permissions, arranged around this way of working.

  • Leads
  • Projects
  • Towers
  • Units
  • Inventory
  • Site visits
  • Customers
  • Bookings
  • Payments
  • Documents

What changes

What you get out of it

  • Every enquiry keeps its source

A lead carries where it came from through to the booking, so you can tell which channel pays for itself.

  • Site visits become measurable

Visits are scheduled, recorded and linked to the unit shown, so enquiry-to-visit and visit-to-booking stop being guesses.

  • Live unit inventory

Projects, towers and units are real records. Availability reflects bookings as they happen rather than the last time someone updated the sheet.

  • Bookings and payments on the customer

The booked unit, the payment schedule and the documents are all on the customer record, so collections do not start with a search.

How it flows

How the work moves

Each stage is a record in the same system, so nothing has to be re-entered when it moves to the next one.

  1. Enquiry received
  2. Lead scored
  3. Site visit scheduled
  4. Unit shortlisted
  5. Booking confirmed
  6. Payment schedule
  7. Documents filed

Use cases

Situations this is built for

  • Tracking a portal enquiry through to a booked unit without re-keying it
  • Knowing which units in a tower are available, held or sold right now
  • Following up an enquiry that visited the site but has not committed
  • Keeping a payment schedule alongside the booking it belongs to
  • Handing a channel partner’s lead to an in-house rep with the history intact

With AI built in

The same records, read by AI

Lead scoring, next best action, follow-up intelligence, customer summaries and sales forecasting run on the capabilities above — not in a separate tool and not with wider access than the person using them.

Real Estate FAQ

Questions about Real Estate CRM Software

General questions are answered in the full FAQ under Resources.

Does MyERPZ track projects, towers and individual units?

Yes, as first-class records rather than custom fields on a contact. A project holds its towers, a tower holds its units, and a unit can be marked available, held or booked — so availability is read from the system rather than from a shared spreadsheet.

Can I record site visits against a lead?

Yes. A site visit is scheduled, assigned and recorded against both the lead and the unit shown, which is what makes the enquiry-to-visit and visit-to-booking ratios reportable instead of anecdotal.

How are bookings and payment schedules handled?

A booking links a customer to a specific unit and carries its payment schedule. Payments are recorded against that booking, so what is due and what has been received sit on the same record as the customer who owes it.

Can I store agreements and identity documents against a booking?

Yes. Documents attach to the record they belong to — the lead, the customer or the booking — and are subject to the same role-based access as everything else, so not every user can open every file.

Does the AI work on real estate leads?

Yes. Lead scoring, classification and follow-up intelligence run on real estate enquiries the same way they run on any other lead. Scoring needs roughly four to six weeks of your own history before its ranking is worth trusting.
